  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 7 days of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to process cancellations. However, you may contact us at rod@meatthemillers.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices on our website are listed in USD.

  • We accept payments through Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but orders placed will be honored at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping 

  • We ship only to US States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 7 days for processing.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to increment weather.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with our seasoning, rubs and cooking utensils if you are not fully satisfied, please contact us at rod@meatthemillers.com 

  • If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us at rod@meatthemillers.com along with a photo within 2 days, and we will arrange for a replacement or a store credit.

  • Due to the nature of the product all sales are final.
